A serious business that needed permission to have personality.
AI consultancy as a category defaults to dark blues, geometric sans-serifs and the visual language of infrastructure. Safe, authoritative and completely interchangeable. The brief was to break from that entirely - to create a brand that communicated genuine expertise while feeling warm, distinctive and memorable. The challenge was earning both responses simultaneously: the confidence of an enterprise client and the curiosity of someone encountering the brand for the first time.

Hundreds of fish in the sea. The right one for every job. The brand name came first - Ai Quarium, a deliberate play on the aquarium as a metaphor for the breadth of AI tools available and the consultancy's role in selecting the right ones for each client.
That naming logic informed every visual decision that followed. The Q in Quarium was rotated and given an eye, becoming a small fish with a tail - subtle, clever and entirely ownable. That same tail was woven into the M of the wordmark to create a visual thread between mark and name. Lilac, mint green, deep green and off-white replaced the expected AI palette entirely, giving the brand the character and warmth the brief demanded without sacrificing the authority the category requires. When the name, the mark and the colours all tell the same story, the brand remembers itself. Ai Quarium is the kind of project that demonstrates what brand strategy actually unlocks. The name generated the metaphor. The metaphor generated the mark. The mark generated the palette. The palette informed the web design. Every decision traced back to a single founding idea - and that coherence is what makes the brand feel inevitable rather than assembled. Clean, modern, full of personality and built to stand out in a space that has forgotten how to be interesting.
Next projects.
