Project enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form or receiving a proposal from Graphic Grid Design does not constitute a contract or guarantee of services. A formal engagement only begins when a signed contract or confirmed Upwork milestone is in place. All project work is governed by the terms of that separate agreement.

Portfolio and case studies

Work featured in the portfolio and case studies sections reflects completed client projects. It is standard practice within the creative industry to showcase completed work as part of a studio's portfolio. Any client who would prefer their project not to be featured is welcome to contact us at projects@graphicgriddesign.com and we will remove it promptly upon request. Work completed under a specific confidentiality agreement is not displayed without prior approval.
